To record and track my progress

Today is the end of week two of the challenge. I need four hundred twenty five words today. I am really nauseous. I got sick after dinner. My tummy did not like the chicken I guess. It is still turning summersaults like it would like to chuck up my toenails. It started with a coughing fit and then up everything came. I am exhausted. I have been washing my mother in law's laundry for two full days now. She does not have a washer or dryer in her apartment. She let it pile up excessively and filled her trunk with it to drop it off over here. Four full thirteen gallon trash bags and a hamper. Three comforters that were badly soiled, clothes that smelled like ammonia they had sat wet so long, a crusty set of sheets, and more all bagged up for "freshness?" She gives me fifty dollars to do her laundry for a month. It is not worth it.

Enough whining but not enough laundry. Tomorrow I am going to the laundromat to do Papa's laundry. Fun fun fun, but at least it will not be a three day drama. Why you may ask do I not do my mother in laws clothes there, well the answer is that she is unwilling to pay me for my time if she also has to pay for the machines. Papa does not pay me for my time but he stays there with me and helps with the folding and he buys me lunch and he does not surprise me with month old soiled bedding "freshness" sealed in plastic bags. He appreciates me and tries to make it easier on me. I think I am going to have to insist that if she wants her laundry done she gets it over here in a timely fashion.

So much for no more whining. One hundred thirteen words left to write and I need to make a subject change or I will end up throwing my phone in frustration. Mittens our kitten is healing well after her spay. We keep nearly calling her Ruby. We had another cat a few years ago named Ruby Bridges. It now looks like we have Ruby Mittens. The thing that the two of them have in common is that they both would eat anything. We thought Ruby Bridges would eat anything, but in truth she only ate food, she drew the line at inanimate objects. Mittens will eat anything she can swallow. I had her steal a hair tie from my braid and eat it. That was two days of gloves checking her poo to make sure it passed. Spoilers it did.
