A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

At Least a Few More Days
At Least a Few More Days

If yesterday evening and early this morning are any indication, it’s going to be at least another three or four days before I finish writing the Scene Outline of Phase One for my Calkin Cove scriptwriting project. After all, I only got ninety sentences written today for this project.

The worst part is, I don’t know why I only got about half of what I was hoping that I would get. Well, that isn’t exactly true. I was hoping I would get closer to two times for what I got written during my twelve-hour shift at work early yesterday evening and early this morning.

I would like to blame it on work, but I can’t do that. It was very busy at work during this twelve-hour shift. One of the busiest shifts that I have had at this post, if not the busiest one so far, but it wasn’t that busy. I don’t think that’s the reason why I only got ninety sentences written early yesterday evening to early this morning.

The only other reason I can think of as to why I didn’t get more written yesterday and early this morning is because of all the rewriting that I needed to do during this twelve-hour shift. It was probably more like one hundred and twenty to one hundred and fifty sentences that I ended up writing during this shift, instead of just the ninety.

Why did I have so much rewriting to do yesterday evening and early this morning? It was because I didn’t rewrite just one document. Usually, I had to rewrite my synopsis document, my Act Breakdown, and my Story Outline. That’s why it was more like one hundred and twenty to one hundred and fifty.

My Teaser Act One and my Act One are the Acts I had most of my problems with. I also had it some with Act Two, but not as much as my Teaser Act One and Act One. It wasn’t as bad as it reads, but it was still bad because it took me so long to rewrite them. That’s why it was only ninety officially.

The good news is that I only have two hundred and seventy sentences left to write before I finish writing all the sentences for my scriptwriting projects. Unfortunately, the bad news is that I doubt I will get them written during my next twelve-hour shift early this evening at six PM WDC time to six AM WDC time early tomorrow morning.

It’s possible that I could get that many written in one shift, but it isn’t very certain. That’s why my blog title today is what it is. It will probably be Monday or Tuesday before I finish writing Phase One for these scriptwriting projects. It may even be Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday because I get this finished if it’s anything like it was today.

Of course, it’s not just how many sentences I can write during my next twelve-hour shift this weekend. It also depends on what my brother and I need to do during my days off from work. That’s why I just wrote above that it may take me until Friday before I finish these sentences.

I don’t think it will take me all week before I finish writing these sentences, but it could. My best guess it will be Monday or Tuesday before I finish writing them. It’s possible I could be wrong about this. It wouldn’t be the first time if it does, and it won’t be the last either.
