A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
The End of One, the Beginning of another It took me a little bit longer than I thought it would to finish writing the sentence Scene Outline for my Skinless scriptwriting project. Unfortunately, it took me about seven hours to finish phase one of this project. I was hoping that it would be about six hours. Seven hours isn’t too bad, but six hours would have been better. After all, that would have been one Act, twenty-five sentences, every hour or about one sentence every two minutes or about five paragraphs every hour. Instead, it took me about three minutes every hour. After I finished writing the sentence Scene Outline for my Skinless scriptwriting project, I started working on my movie, The Life of Billia Lonce. I thought about continuing my DeathBringers scriptwriting project during this twelve-hour shift, but I decided to do this one instead. Why did I decide to do this one instead of my DeathBringers scriptwriting project? It’s not because I have been working on my DeathBringers scriptwriting project when I’m not at work. Well, that is one reason why I’m doing it, but the main reason is that it’s almost finished. I can’t remember where I left off with my DeathBringers, but I think that I’m working on the Scene Outline for Episode Three. If that’s true, that means I only have about three to four hundred sentences left before I finish writing this project. That could be done by the end of next week. That also means that I only have the Story Outline and the Scene Outline for Episode Four, Where Have They Been?, and whatever is left of the Scene Outline for Episode Three. I know that it’s one hundred and ninety-two for Episode four and about a hundred and fifty at the most for Episode Three. This movie, The Life of Billia Lonce, is a lot like the movies, The Final Ritual of Humannan and Skinless. It’s like The Final Ritual of Hummannan, because the two main characters switch each Act in this movie. Instead of Dinill and Marri, it’s Billia and Helleni. It’s like Skinless because of all the love, lovers, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren that make up the supporting cast for this movie. I just started remembering the names for this supporting cast, and I already have about twenty supporting cast names. Why are there so many supporting characters in this movie? It’s because this spans the lives of Billie and Helleni from their tween years to them being over a hundred years old. The first three Acts of this movie consist of the death of Billia, the tween years and the teen years. The other nine Acts represent the years from the twenties to the one hundreds, with each Act representing a different time frame or decade. Within these time frames or decades, it’s not just one year. There are several years represented within that Act. That’s why this is a big supporting cast. |
