Day 18, New Orleans, Louisiana

We are taking the Coach to New Orleans, Louisiana. Now, we are in for a treat. Everything spooky. I am ready. stephen.ret WakeUpAndLive~lifestyle change AmyJo-me, myself, and I and I enjoy the scenery. As we get closer to Louisiana, you feel the southern atmosphere. We arrive in New Orleans. We go over a high bridge. I don't look down just like I didn't going over the other bridges on the other trip. New Orleans is a city. We keep going and we see vampire stores. I loved Twilight so I feel a connection. We go park the Coach. StephBee Jellyfish -STOP THE WAR!✌️ Witchy Yule Woman 🍀Krista☘️ Sandy's Scribblings and myself get out and walk towards the stores. A skeleton in a chair in a display window gets our attention. We venture in. Vampire stuff. I laugh. I buy a cute vampire necklace. A man dressed in black looks like Barnabas Collins and another man looks like Lestat. They even have fangs! The Barnabas one asks if I would like to go to his castle. Witchy Yule Woman drags me away. I was in a trance of some kind. I buy more vampire necklaces and we leave the store. We go see Anne Rice's house. A neat mansion. It looks spooky but inviting. We go inside and it is decorative with black curtains and purple curtains. There is red carpet and the house looks Gothic. The furniture is old but cool. I feel Anne's presence. Her daughter's room. Anne's daughter died as a little girl. I feel like I can see her. StephBee 🍀Krista☘️ ask if I am alright. I am. We leave Anne's house. We walk down another street. Mardi Gras stores. I buy beads for all of us. Some have teddy bears on them. Some have rubber ducks on them. There are purple beads, green beads, red, yellow, blue and every color underthe rainbow. There are Mardi Gras masks. I buy masks for all of us. The one I buy for me are purple and green.

We go to Hotel Monteleone. It is neat. It is decorated with Mardi Gras. Cool. We get cocktails. stephen.ret loves buffalo wings. AmyJo-me, myself, and I WakeUpAndLive~lifestyle change eat salad. We get checked in and it is getting dark. We meet our guide and we get on a big boat and head out into the swamp area. This is scary. Seven other people join us. The Barnabas guy is back. He sits beside me. Okay. The guide tells us vampires reside here. I know. I am sitting by Barnabas. The guide talks about voodoo and werewolves. A fog covers the swamp. An alligator comes up close to me. I scream. The Barnabas guy tells the alligator to get back. It does. We hear a scream. The guide says it is Marie, The Witch Queen of New Orleans. The fog lifts. Barnabas disappeared! There are spooky shadows on the water. The boat heads back to town. The city. We are out of the swamp area.

This has been interesting. StephBee WakeUpAndLive~lifestyle change stephen.ret and myself are walking back to the hotel and a black headed vampire woman asked if we had a good time at the swamp. She is dressed in a tight, red long dress. She shows her fangs. She is surrounded by fog. She vanishes in a puff of smoke. Am I the only one seeing this weird aspirations? We go past the store with the skeleton man in the chair. He bows to us. This has to be a joke. We get back to the hotel. This has been interesting. I believe in vampires and things that go bump in the night. We go to the casinos. AmyJo-me, myself, and I WakeUpAndLive~lifestyle change win a lot of money. New Orleans. This is a fun city. Gothic and everything paranormal. I am glad I got to be here. I think I love this city.
