| I thought I had wept an ocean my soul buried in its depths, exhausted and helpless tangled in seaweed dreams that wound about me, flailing impotent arms. I am left floating in shadows of what might have been, without the means to drown a love so misbegotten. I thought I had tears enough to sweep you away in waves, overtake your heart and touch your dreams and make them mine, to carry you on a swell of love and plunge us both in its tide. My heart given to one unworthy in ignorance, languishes in a pool of your indifference.
