Journaling

Prompt: Joy asked if we keep a journal and what we write about in our journal.

I write about the weather. I write about my Doctor appointments, going shopping and what I buy. I write about things that happen in my life. I write when I go to the beach. I write about cleaning house. I write when I visit friends and get texts from friends. I write about getting Merit Badges and Awardicons I get, contests I enter, friends at Writing.Com and other interesting things at writing. I write about Game night, going to Church. I write about world news.

I worked in mental health and we encouraged our patients to write about their feelings, hopes and dreams and their achievements. They go back and read a few months later and see how their life has improved. These are my views on journaling.
