LOST

If you stray off the map, are you lost?
If you make your own way, you pay the cost.

If you don't follow the lyrics, are you lost?
But the tune speaks of summer, or winter frost?

Are you lost if you miss your bus-stop?
Going further on may take you to the top.

Are you lost if you know nobody there?
A new friend might be waiting to share.

Are you lost if you can't decide?
Go with the flow, take the ride!

'Lost' has many definitions
Depending on your interpretation

Are you lost? Or are you free?
Catastrophe, or opportunity?

The path your life will take
Is about the choices that you make

You're lost if you think so
Perfectly placed, if you only know

So take heart, life's an adventure
Of which fog is a normal feature!

But soon the fog will clear
To let the sun shine through, dear!
