Week # 5 Prompt:

Your character is a young child’s imaginary friend.



Jimmy is asleep. Finally. Now I can play with all his toys. He has lots of little blocks, little people, little cars. Just my size. I make a house to live in. I drive little cars around the bedroom. I start to lift… Wait! Time to go back in the closet.

That was close. Mom almost saw me. Jimmy tells Mom about me. Mom tells Jimmy I’m not real. Can someone not real lift a real car? Can a not real friend lift Jimmy’s bed? Jimmy thinks I’m real. He even gave me my name. Hercules. Because I am strong.
