Struggle

Prompt: Write about a struggle.

My husband and I had to get past a house fire. That was rough, starting over. Getting through a bowel obstruction, hernia surgery and husband having a stroke. We did it with God's help but it wasn't easy.

Other struggles. Losing a pet. Friends dying, a cousin dying and grandparents.

Worrying about the virus. People at Church got it. A relative got it and three people at my husband's job got it. I worried but we were safe. We have been vaccinated but the struggle is still on. I pray someday soon this struggle will be over.
