Waiting

Prompt: Why is the Lord waiting and why do we have to wait while the Lord is waiting?

I am not sure but I will express my views. The Lord doesn't answer prayer right away. He makes us wait for good things to come and he has a plan and time frame. I always keep that in mind. The Lord waits for the right time and element of surprise and it is worth the wait even though it is hard. Just pray and good things will happen. He wants everyone to love him and believe in him and that is why he is waiting. The waiting is the hardest part taken from a Tom Petty song. WE need to trust God and I always remind myself of that. It will be worth the wait. Waiting on the Lord. I do wait and will continue to do so.
