Deep within my mind
chaos explodes
Emotions overflowing
total loss of control
Tainted blood pumping
through my broken heart
Battling the voices
residing in my head
Evil threats spewing
from their cruel lips
Sharing my body
residing as one
Waves of pain
unstoppable force
Being helpless will
teach inner strength
This invisible illness
is slowly killing me
No signs of being sick
looking just fine
They don't understand
inside you are dying
A prisoner of the demons
dwelling in my head
Searching the darkness
seeking out help
There is no cure
for what I have
Learn how to cope
and manage
Lifelong struggle
every day
Fighting my own
fight
A wisp of roses wafting
freshly in the air
