| At long last the snow melts and goes away Leaving the ground pressed flat and forlorn Sunโs tender heart warms up the earth today Bringing back life the world is now reborn. See the birds take flight and renew their song Watch the buds break free and stretch for the light Warm earth presses forth all that does belong Green lush tips push out with all of their might. Soon flowers will dance upon the light breeze Trees flourish in blossoms and many leaves Animals emerge and scamper among trees New life awakens; everyone believes Spring has finally come; brought with it hope It is how we survive Winter and cope.
