Increase Your Paid Membership Level
If you decide to upgrade your paid membership (for example, from Basic → Upgraded or Upgraded → Premium), the process is simple.

Step 1 — Purchase the higher membership

Buy the new membership level and time period you want.

Step 2 — The system credits you for overlapping time

If you still have time remaining on your current membership, the system automatically refunds Gift Points for the overlapping days.

To do this, the system:
1. Calculates how many days overlap between the two memberships
2. Subtracts 2 days (a small service fee)
3. Refunds the remaining days in Gift Points

Step 3 — You receive the refund

The Gift Points are automatically credited to your account, and you will receive an email showing the exact amount refunded.

Gift Point Refund Rates

When upgrading, the system refunds Gift Points based on the daily value of your original membership level (calculated by the annual price).

Why 2 Days Are Subtracted

Two days of Gift Points are deducted as a service fee.
This helps prevent fraud or abuse of the automated refund system.

Important Notes

If you purchase more time at the same membership level, no refund is issued.
Instead, the new membership time is simply added to the end of your current membership.

If you upgrade temporarily, any remaining time from your previous membership level is saved.

Once your upgraded membership expires, your previous membership level will automatically resume for the remaining time.

Example 1
You have 6 months of Basic Membership and upgrade to Upgraded Membership for 1 month.

*Bullet*You will still have 5 months of Basic Membership remaining once the upgrade expires

Example 2
You have 1 year of Upgraded Membership and upgrade to Premium Plus for 3 months.

*Bullet* You will still have 9 months of Upgraded Membership remaining once the Premium Plus membership expires
