What the heck am I doing today? Shenanigans, General Tomfoolery or What? You never know

          We drove to Peoria early this morning.  She not used to being up by 6:4o or so, I am.  Sadly, the things we really wanted from the sale were gone before we could get in.

          It was a smaller house, though a lot bigger than ours.  She allowed 30 people in initially, we were 32 & 33, and had to wait a little.  We didn't leave empty handed, the best find was a 4-wheel Blue Walker for only $20!  I snatched that up immediately.  We have a red walker already, and hopefully we won't need it for a long while.  Jut praying that the surgery Wednesday will be successful, then that walker won't be needed for a long while.  I guess you could say it was a 'just in case' purchase.  Anyway, we left there having spent less than $30, so it was a good morning overall.

          After the sale, we stopped at Busy Corner in Goodfield, Illinois.  It's a good place to stop at, their breakfast options are pretty good, their pies even better.  My breakfast was Hash Browns smothered in their very good breakfast gravy, and a bowl of Oatmeal.  I chose the Hash Browns over their Biscuits and Gravy.  She had their Cornmeal Mush, 3 thin slices served with butter and syrup.  She likes it, I've never had it.  It's just not for me.

          After arriving home, I went to get prescription filled, and swapped the vans around.  We're going to Murphysboro, Illinois Saturday, it's time to use the Camper.  Right now it has a 'Service Engine' light lit, so it will go in the shop tomorrow.  I did stop at an Advance Auto Parts looking for window vents for it.  While there, I asked about checking that Service Engine light.  Apparently it's something to do with the Exhaust System not doing what it's supposed to do.  I didn't get the details, like I said, it's in the shop tomorrow, they'll fix it.  I really wanted to make sure the Van would be safe to drive Saturday.  If not, we'll take my older van.  We'll see how long it will take to correct this, IF they have parts on hand.
