The Daily Fives
The Daily Fives
forlorn in snow.
Will they be done as best in time?
Or will the white-out conditions grow
more white, and yet a bit sublime?
The Daily Fives
with dusted limbs
of snow, that dance yet on the wind
as trees, that stand apart so slim
with darkish sticks, that sway, not bend.
The Daily Fives
seem hard to do
when Life like blizzard blinds us quick.
Some images below the blue
are blurred by white stuff tossed so thick.
The Daily Fives
, distinct and rare,
now stark against the white backdrop
do urge us on with writerly care
to find a writer's bumper crop.
