My journey from fat to fit! |
| I’ve decided that meals must be earned. I walk for 50 minutes before breakfast, then for another 30 minutes before lunch. After preparing my dinner and waiting for it to cool off, I train with weights. This doesn’t apply to snacks like seedless grapes, apples, or oranges. If I burn off more calories and eat less throughout the day, the fat has no choice but to come off. On rainy days I can’t go for walks, but those will be my only days off from walking. The most important thing related to exercising is results. It doesn’t matter what gym I go to or what equipment I bought, what matters most is walking into a room and people seeing the results of my workouts. |
