| I cheated on my diet multiple times this week. I worked out with weights on the 26th, 27th, 28th, and on Thursday, 10/30/25, and went for a 50 minute walk and did some dumbbell squats. I need to try to have more discipline with my diet. I was 279 pounds on Friday, 10/31/25, so at least I did hit 280 again. |
