What should I eat?
A delicious and nutritous treat.
Can both be said of one food?
If nutritious can it taste good?
(Pardon the stretch of a rhyme.
It was the best I could do given the time.)
But yes it can be good for you,
and also tasty too.
I want a power smoothie,
Get those fruits and veggies into me.
Blend them up I'll drink them down,
all gone without a frown.
