Abuzz with energy and electricity
The evening held limitless potential.
First dates were always iffy
Especially when they were blind.
But she’d heard good things about this guy
And always considered herself an optimist at heart.
The heat of the afternoon gave way to the coolness of evening
And a full moon was on the rise with the promise of a magical evening.
Would he be the one?
Only time would tell.
