After spending the last two weeks board while I ate, we discussed if I felt full and having smaller portion sizes. Now my next follow-up will be in a month. I am to work on making healthier choices and eating smaller servings. I will weigh once a week starting tomorrow and I am to start adding exercise. I will journal what I eat in a notebook and any notes I would like to add. I will also record my weight. The nutritionist sent me an email with tips on how to shop and what to avoid.![]() |
