The first thing you see is the ceiling of your room and the bothersome ray of the sun trying to blind you. It was the middle of the summer, of course the sun is shining so hard. You groan, before getting off the bed and leaving your room to go to the bathroom while wearing nothing but your underwear. You knew your parents already left for work and your sister was sleeping at her boyfriend's, there was nobody to see you naked.
Almost nobody. Your family owns a Golden retriever that you call 'Spot', he was in the living room, snoring on the sofa, also knowing that nobody will see him.
You clean yourself in the bathroom, then you left to put some clothes: a very thin white t-shirt and some black shorts. After that, you went to the kitchen to get breakfast, some pancakes that your parents premade and got cold. You didn't mind, you'll eat anything when you're hungry.
After you were done doing the daily chores, you sat back down on your bed with the window wide open. You began wondering what to do for the rest of the day. Sure, you loved doing nothing but sit at home, but today felt different, like you had to do something more.
Maybe go to the mall? See what's new. The park also crossed your mind, you can meet some new friends. Or you can remain at home and play with Spot? Make sure he enjoys the summer just as you do.
