That tends to happen in the Technical or Suggestion forums that we happen to have.

For instance, not too long ago, I noticed a little bug involving signatures, and basically, after posting in Technical, I got a hold of The StoryMaster Author IconMail Icon (Hi SM *BigSmile* ) and he did some work on his end, I did some tests on mine, and soon, problem was solved, and no further need for conversation. Similar issues could be having questions about certain rules and the like. Basically, if SM and/or SMs, or anyone with a red case says something, it's usually like the word of God (or whomever you worship) around here, unless you can pull off one heck of an argument to say otherwise - and you might even get lucky with it.
