Wildfires again...

We have some wildfires burning in Florida, again, a major one in Central Florida just north of the Space Center, twenty-six square miles burned so far. It seemed like we were getting lots of rain, but I guess with our sandy soil, the water goes straight down to the aquifer. It looks like rain, today…overcast skies. The news said some parts of Florida are their driest in eighty years. I’m sure the March winds do not help either.

There is a new moon tonight. Time to stargaze, or rob a bank, whichever happens to be your preference…lol.

Somewhere, long ago, I read peppermint cures headaches. It is true…tried and tested. Chewing peppermint gum, a little essential oil of peppermint rubbed on my temples, and even eating an old candy cane has worked for me…much better than popping a pill…cheaper, too.
