I'm a jinx...

The Giants are winning the second game of the World Series, 9 Zip. Maybe I need to root for them so they'll lose....

I had my mango today...cut up with brocolli and dried cranberries and Ken's light sweet vidalia dressing ...oh it was good.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed but the political ads this year seem especially nasty. I keep thinking that every year but every year it seems true. We have a State Senate race here in Florida that has turned into a true character assassination. I liked Steve Oelrich and did not care as much for Perry McGriff prior to the latest ad attack by Oelrich, but now my conscience will not allow me to vote for someone who can be such a dirty player. I wonder if the men who run these ads realize the consequences of their actions...to all concerned. They don't seem to have any conscience at all. Although I've seen the ad several times on tv, today I got a flyer about it through the mail. Oelrich says McGriff voted for the Scarlett Letter law and goes on to describe in detail what he says the law entails. Check it out on google...you'll be amazed. Perry McGriff has adopted children. I can't imagine he would be in favor of anything so horrible. Hurry up, Tuesday, and put an end to these ads.
